New barablu release is out!
We have just released a new barablu version for PC, Windows Mobile and Symbian. Please go to our download page to get your hands on it.
The new releases contain some generel bug fixes and some optimization to voice quality while also reducing the bandwidth slightly.
We have also integrated AIM and ICQ and our new barablu skin on windows mobile and symbian, plus our new Multi File Transfer feature. The Multi File Transfer enables you to send more than one file at the same time to different users.

Tip of the Day – Auto-roaming
Did you know that you can enable Auto-roaming in barablu for Nokia? 
What it does?
Auto-roaming enables you to roam freely between 3G and Wi-Fi. For example, if you are connected to Wi-Fi and you leave the hotspot, then barablu can automatically connect again using GPRS, Edge or 3G.
This way you can make sure that you stay connected to barablu all the time - And you don’t have to manually sign into barablu if you loose your connection.

barablu numbers change format
We have had some enquiries about our barablu personal numbers.
On the website we refer to this number as 8088… but lately we have changed the format, so when you sign up to barablu, the number you are given actually starts with 5600…
This has caused a little bit of confusion for new users who signed up to barablu.
Let me just point out that absolutely nothing has changed except for the format of the number.
The old and new format are 100% compatible with each other and you still get all the free calls and barablu features that you always did when signing up – Oh! and by the way!

Welcome to the barablu blog
We are pleased to welcome you to the official barablu blog, where we will keep you up to date with what’s going on here at barablu. You’ll learn about product changes, new features, some tips and tricks that will help you get the most out of barablu, and also anything else – not necessarily barablu related – that might catch your interest.
It has been quite busy here at barablu the last few months. We have revamped the User Interface for the application and made it more user friendly. And added some new cool avatars and smileys too. We hope you’ll like it!
In response to many requests we have also enabled our users to import AIM and ICQ contacts, so now you can be in contacts with all your friends at the same time. At present this is available for PC, but we will be expanding this to all platforms within the coming weeks. We will announce it here, when we do.
There is still work to be done, but we feel that we are moving in the right direction to maintain our position as the best VoIP application available.
